Ki is the Japanese word for energy or life force. Energy flows throughout the Universe in naturally fluid and vibrant patterns for well-being. This energy is vital to our mind, body and spirit wellness.
We can learn to feel and work with this energy for our own well-being through conscious breathing, meditational techniques and engaging in energy alignment through education and/or working with a practitioner.
Self-responsibility empowers us to achieve knowledge and understanding in working with Ki for wellness. Achieving balance and well-being is a path for individuals to actively follow for harmony and wellness of mind, body and spirit.
